The Performance (2010)
- Friday November 5th, 2010 - Imogen Heap's most ambitious show took place at the Royal Albert Hall, London, England.
- Imogen performed a 2 hour set in front of a sold-out audience, preceeded by Love The Earth - a crowd-sourced nature film, the soundtrack of which was an Orchestral score written and conducted live by Imogen.
- Imogen conducted the Docklands Sinfonia, the London Contemporary Voices and dear friends (over 120 people on stage) to the 32 minute film that was put together with a team of editors and the crowd-sourced footage.
- The show was broadcast live from resounde.com and an incredible 480,000+ independent streams were registered for the live webcast.
- The 11 HD camera shoot directed by Steve Price and assisted by Pod Bluman associates was put on the web by Christopher Courtney using Akamai's new HD network allowing people to see it flawlessly in different encodings depending on the quality of their connection all over the world, the best being at 5MB, which has made it an award nominated webcast for its technical prowess.
